Hello, Hello!

As I’m sure you’ve seen…my name is Erica Lin. I am a recent graduate of  the University of Michigan, with a B.A. in Communication Studies. Since graduating this past year and a half, I have continued to further my education and experience by working in the field.

Simply put, I love all and any media - from books to television to the Internet, I consume it all. Consequently, I consider myself “hip” to contemporary popular culture.

I am well-rounded in the entertainment and news industries. Writing comes first and easiest to me, but I am capable in other areas like advertising and design. I focus on promotions, primarily through social media initiatives.

Ultimately, I envision myself in a career in marketing/promotions involving digital media and/or social media. Whether it be a brand itself or a marketing firm, I know that I want to be involved.

This site is an aggregation of my work, including my resume, Photoshop creations, writing, etc. You will see the work of which I am most proud. If you would like additional samples, please e-mail me at ericaforserious@gmail.com.
